Reference documentation for the platform services.

These pages are reference only. Anything that changes state happens through the deployment pipeline or through a service's own CLI — nothing described here writes.

Services

Service	State	Purpose
Ingest	Running	Accepts inbound batches, validates them against the current schema, and writes to the staging tables.
Scheduler	Running	Owns recurring work. Everything periodic goes through here rather than through cron on individual boxes.
Notifier	Degraded	Fans out email and webhook delivery. Retries with backoff; drops to the dead-letter queue after six attempts.
Archiver	Running	Moves cold rows to object storage on a 90-day rule and keeps an index of what went where.

Recent deployments

• 2026.9.12026-09-02 — Scheduler timezone handling; notifier retry ceiling raised from four to six.
• 2026.8.22026-08-14 — Archiver index rebuilt after the 90-day rule changed. No data movement.
• 2026.8.12026-07-30 — Ingest schema v4. Batches pinned to v3 keep working until the end of the year.
